2X HotStart PCR Master Mix is a premixed 2x concentrated solution of HotStar Taq DNA Polymerase, reaction buffer, MgCl2 and dNTPs. It should be set the step of 95¡ãC for 10 minutes to active HotStar Taq DNA Polymerase,so the mix is very stable.
