Cloning of the PCR products

The customers provide us the PCR products. And we will finish the cloning including the ligation, transformation and identification. After we complete the work, the plasmids (>5ug) and glycerol strains will be sent to you together with the electrophoresis map of the identification. Common term is in a week. The standard vector is the plasmid pUCm-T. Also you can provide us your own T-vector.

1. Provide us the products size and concentration（amount > 1ug）；

2. Now we accept the order not less than 20 clones.
