DoGene's complete Gene Synthesis Service offers synthesis of artificial genes up to 8,000 base pairs and in a very rapid turnaround time. Additional components of the service include PCR, ligation, cloning, and double-stranded confirmation sequenced, the artificial genes can be inserted into any site of the vectors the customers provide. The final product can be delivered to the customer as glycerol stock or a lyophilized clone mixture.

* For non-complex gene sequences up to 3kb, we offer dicount rates of as low as US$ 0.52.
* The minimum charge foe each gene is US$190.
* Cloning into our standard vector pUC19 is free to charge.
* Extra $290 for subcloning into a commercial vector.
* Extra $600 for subcloning into a customer supplied non-commercial vector.
* If for any reason we can not subcloning the gene into a non-commercial vector, the gene will be delivered in pUC19 and all subcloning free will be waived.

Non-standard Genes
Q: What is the non-standard gene?
A: In case where there are very high GC content,direct / indirect repeats or polypurine/pyrimidine runs, we have to use specially modified and purified oligonucleotides and special gene synthesis methods. Moreover, complex operon structures and very long nature sequences require highly sophisticated assembly strategies.
Absolute confidentiality: Your confidential sequence to us by mail will be covered. We will sign non-disclosure or confidentiality agreements if necessary.

- DOGENE reserves the right to deliver sequences in any appropriate cloning vector. No responsibility can be accepted for the presence or absence of restriction sites, antibiotic markers, promoters or other sequence elements in the vector backbone.
- DOGENE guarantees a 100% match between the synthesized sequence and the customer sequence ordered and confirmed.
- As some sequences turn out to be toxic and/or genetically unstable in a small number of cases, the quoted turnaround times only apply to sequences which are non-toxic for and genetically stable in E. coli. In exceptional cases, a reduced quantity of toxic fragments may be supplied, in cloned fragments or as quality-controlled linear DNA.
